I have purchased 3 shirts through order no 24163 and the quality of the fabric was very poor and I have placed a return request on 20th September 2025. Till date, there is no response in spite of repeated follow-ups. No on attends the calls on their contact number [****] which is shared with the clients for customer support. on this number, they respond for only sales related queries and ignore customer calls about returns and refund. Kerala Cotton is cheating the customers, don't buy their product.
I ordered shirts online from Kerala Cotton, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The products did not meet my expectations, so I submitted a return request as per their policy. However, I have received no response whatsoever – no acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via email and phone, I have been completely ignored. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially for an online business that claims to offer hassle-free returns.
I strongly caution other potential buyers: Think twice before purchasing from Kerala Cotton. If there's an issue with your order, you might be left completely in the dark like I was. A brand that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or basic communication is not worth your time or money.
Avoid Kerala Cotton. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I ordered one full sleeve shirt but received half sleeve and entirely different color shirt. And I requested for return but further action happened on my request. I am still waiting with this wrong item for your agent to take back it.
